
Sour Cream & Onion Cloud Potatoes
This makes for A LOT of potatoes. It uses an entire 5 lb bag which is how they tend to be sold in most supermarkets so that you don’t end up with a few rando uncooked potatoes laying around after Thanksgiving. They reheat easily, and also can be transformed into mashed potato cakes the next day, which are truly something when paired with fried eggs and a hangover.
